微孔曝气器在模具内成型

一旦聚合物熔体被注入模具,注塑件的形状就由模具所控制。换句话说,也就是注 射模具为注塑件的最终成型提供了手段。尽管不需要对模具进行玫进,但有时为了得到 最好的结果,建议对设计进行改进。
模具设计控制着注塑件的形状。微孔曝气机注射成型注塑件最终质量的所有影响因素都是 在模具内成型注塑件的影响因素,总结为下述几点:①表面粗糙度控制;②翘曲控制;
s)减重;④排气控制;⑤表层-芯层结构;⑥微孔曝气机泡沫的形态;⑦溶接痕。
总之,微孔曝气机注射成型注塑件优于传统的注射成型注塑件,这是因为微孔曝气机驻塑件的膨 张大于收缩。但是,排气和溶接痕可能需要特别注意,因为排气不充分以及溶接痕弱可 能会使微孔曝气机注塑件产生质量问题。
